Dont go to dealerships! Do Carvana! Todd, Jordan, James (the guy who delivered my car), and Aseret, are the most amazing representatives ever. They were always so nice and accommodating and they were actually sincere when I had a problem. And I love how you guys honored the fact that I am an active military member. The only thing I have to add is that the day I got my car, I drove it to work and 2 of my tires blew out on the highway. The dealership said the tires where most likely dry rotted from inactive use and just sitting. I would recommend checking tires before driving it all the way to peoples houses. I missed a whole days worth of work and it was mostly silver rocks fault. You guys can do better as far as towing companies. Other than that Ive been recommending you guys to everyone I know! I'll be starting my family soon and I look forward to buying my next car with you very shortly. I LOVE CARVANA!!!!! More

It was frustrating, however, every time I interfaced with anyone from Carvana - from customer service to delivery driver - they were friendly, accommodating, and exhibited EXCELLENT customer service. A HUGE Headache HORRIBLE! Worst head ache ever. I have talked to 4 people on the phone and get put on hold for 20+ minutes for them to not have any answers to help me HORRIBLE! Worst head ache ever. None of their customer service reps know anything and it all came down to they didn't care about my business. I attempted to finance through my bank who I have financed everything through and they made it a giant nightmare. I would steer clear of dealing with Carvana at all. More

I don't think so. Waiting for my register for 2 months and I sent a loan check to them but they never deposit it, untill it expired. Two months later they ask me to go get another check I have to went through a lot of troubles to apply for another loan. The executive team Lisa which is the highest level, she said, It is what it is, we want your money, there is nothing that she can do. Really? Carvana? At this point, as a customer I feel really disappointed, it's not event my fault and I feel that they under value the customer and they don't really care how you feel. DO NOT BUY THE CAR FROM CARVANA The only thing that I like is the technology vending machine it was nice experince but not worth the time. More
OMG!!!! This was an amazing experience from beginning to end, with amazing customer service included. I am so in love with my new car...
