I must say I am impressed, This is the new way to buying a car. The whole process was easy and convenient. All I did was browse cars and choose my favorite. I had the opportunity to drive and test two cars before choosing. I did have a small issue with my front windshield having a crack in it but they fix the issue by sending out a team to fix it. I look forward to doing business with them from here on out. Thank You Carvana for a great experience! More

Not the best but definitely not the worst As a first time customer so many important things were left out. I found myself asking legit questions that should have been noted for all customers. Example being that all customers can't use the referral cards. This information was not provided until half way into my sale. Also, the app and the website are not at all compatible and while the app is cool to have it has a delay. My biggest issue was the communication among the customer service people. I felt myself repeating information because one person didn't leave notes. The website would say I was missing info and the customer service agent would say they got it (which is it?). The best service came from the actual delivery team in Austin, TX. They were nice, informative, on time, and made sure I had all the info I needed and left me feeling like I had a friend. More

Overall very easy to do online- The entire process was so easy I would definitely do it again. I hate buying cars overall and being hassled at the dealership makes it even worse. The only complaint I would have is that they left out some minor things about the car. My left side lane assist doesn't work, and the second key they gave me also doesn't work. A very bumpy experience with lots of confusion. To make a long story short, the left hand at Carvana didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Before purchasing I called to ask how the best way to purchase was. They said to trade in first then make a purchase. So I did that. The trade in experience was good but everything after that was terrible. I tried to purchase a car but the site repeatedly crashed. I had to call in for a lengthy call to get the car I wanted. When they called to deliver my car they didn’t know they had already picked it up. I explained several times that this is how Carvana recommended I go through the process. They dropped the car off then sent amended conte and without a Trade in or cash down on it. Here’s the worst part: I WAS REPEATEDLY PRESSURED TO SIGN A CONTRACT THAT DID NOT REFLECT WHAT HAPPENED. I refused enough times after 4 phone calls (literally) they sent the correct contract with a cash down value on it. Seems like Carvana has a lot of kinks to work out still. More
