A very bumpy experience with lots of confusion. To make a long story short, the left hand at Carvana didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Before purchasing I called to ask how the best way to purchase long story short, the left hand at Carvana didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Before purchasing I called to ask how the best way to purchase was. They said to trade in first then make a purchase. So I did that. The trade in experience was good but everything after that was terrible. I tried to purchase a car but the site repeatedly crashed. I had to call in for a lengthy call to get the car I wanted. When they called to deliver my car they didn’t know they had already picked it up. I explained several times that this is how Carvana recommended I go through the process. They dropped the car off then sent amended conte and without a Trade in or cash down on it. Here’s the worst part: I WAS REPEATEDLY PRESSURED TO SIGN A CONTRACT THAT DID NOT REFLECT WHAT HAPPENED. I refused enough times after 4 phone calls (literally) they sent the correct contract with a cash down value on it. Seems like Carvana has a lot of kinks to work out still. More

Carvana makes it extremely easy to buy the car I wanted, at a reasonable price, without haggling. AND they don't keep calling you after you look at a vehicle, like a competitor of theirs does. I love my car and would recommend Carvana to anyone who doesn't enjoy the hassle of buying from a dealership or a private seller. And they delivered it to my house. More

This was my first big car purchase and I am very satisfied! I spent several months researching the cars I was interested in so I was familiar with what was a good deal and what was still asking too satisfied! I spent several months researching the cars I was interested in so I was familiar with what was a good deal and what was still asking too much. I checked Carvana a few times a week to see new inventory and set up email notices for the cars I was looking for. I was able to find a GREAT deal on a 2018 Hyundai Tucson and even got an additional 1,000 off during their Black Friday deal. The paperwork was easy to fill out online and I was actually able to read through the contact at my own pace without a salesman breathing down my neck. The financing tool is super easy to use and I was able to play with it until I got the rates that I was comfortable with. Car pick up at the Curbside was very easy. I was a little bummed it wasn’t the vending machine but my car was in a big glass garage so that was still cool. I sat down with the Carvana guy and he walked me through all of the final paperwork for bill of sale and title transfer and all of that which took maybe 5 minutes. Then it was off to my car. He showed me the basics and then let me take it for a test drive. The car was exactly how it was described with the exception of some interior scuffs and spots on the seats. When I got back from the test drive, I pulled up to the curbside and the Carvana guy asked how I liked it, I said I loved it and wanted to accept the car. He took the odometer reading and that was it. The car was mine for the 7 day trial! This whole pickup took MAYBE 30 minutes. Compared to an entire day at a dealership, that’s fantastic. I took the car for a second inspection and everything was great. I also took it to have the seats shampooed and those marks on the inside came out easily. I just wish they would have done a better job cleaning the vehicle before pick up. All in all, I’ve had a great Carvana experience and would recommend it to anyone who is not willing to go through the hassle of a dealership! More

Disappointed I'm a bit conflicted with this review. First, my rating is a 3.5 (but that wasn't one of the choices). I was intrigued by the concept of buying a ca I'm a bit conflicted with this review. First, my rating is a 3.5 (but that wasn't one of the choices). I was intrigued by the concept of buying a car online. They do make it easy. However, my frustration is with the fact that they seem to be meticulous with documenting the imperfections on the car. Unfortunately, that is not the case. With my car, all four wheels are flaking paint. Also, one of the rear view mirrors had hit something. It is scratched and there was white paint all over the bottom. There was no mention of these things anywhere on the website. Now, they did note a stain on one of the visors that I can't even find. I mentioned it to the people that delivered the car and they duly noted the problem, noting that it was not to their 'standard' and that someone would contact me. That someone was an email that said they would give me $100. It will cost more than $500 to fix the wheels. My alternative was to return the car, but that meant I would have to forfeit the $500 delivery fee. They do try to make the whole process easy and fun. But, in my opinion, they miss the little things. They gave me a couple small gifts when they delivered the car. Nice gesture. But it was left to me to replace the battery in the key fob. Nothing replaces being able to see the car in person. Until Carvana does a better job documenting the imperfections on their cars, I can't recommend them to others. More

I am surprised it has taken this long for a great company like Carvana to come into existence. This is truly the future of car buying! I found the exact car I was looking for, obtained a car loan through Car like Carvana to come into existence. This is truly the future of car buying! I found the exact car I was looking for, obtained a car loan through Carvana, waited a week, and "voila" my dream car was delivered to my front door. The two men who dropped it off were very nice, organized and knowledgeable. Great representatives for Carvana! I have been buying cars for at least 35 years, and Carvana is definitely the best experience I've ever had. Highly recommended! More

Their loan offer was 9 pts higher than any bank. Their softwate to load documents is pathetic, your wait time for a representative is extreme. Filled out their paperwork was sent back things to fulfill only to be given another new set of conditions the needed fulfilling. This place should be named carscama not carvana. I gave up went on Vroom and was done in a few minutes no conditions no run around and when I call they answer immediately. Carvana should close and join with Vroom. More
