Carvana listed the imperfections the car has which I didn’t mind. But after receiving the car I noticed two deep scratches on the hood; which was not listed on the imperfections. I contacted Carvana and they told me to send pictures of the scratches. I did so and waited to hear back from one of their advocates. They responded the next day and told me my concern is not something they would address as a repair. Here I am thinking, this is something that should have been mentioned in the imperfections because it would have had a great influence in my decision of purchasing the car. I tried to ask to talk to their ASR team and they could only tell me that they do not have a direct number and there is no way of talking to them and that once they make their decision that is basically it. The only option is, is to return the car (if you’re in the 7-day money back guarantee). I’m just cautioning other buyers to be aware of Carvana’s practices when it comes to imperfections and their unwillingness to fix them. I guess it’s just, take it or leave it. But make sure you notice everything before your 7-days are up. More

Car had serious issues! We selected a car online from Carvana came through Raleigh NC. 2017 Camry LE with 18746 miles. Car seemed to be what we were looking for. When it was delivered the interior reeked of tobacco smoke really bad and the exterior was covered with paint overspray from the rear bumper being repainted without the rest of the car being covered up or taped off. Also the original tires had been replaced with cheapo Wal Mart "Ironman" brand tires. The original tires should have still been in good shape with only 18000 miles on them. This made me suspect the mileage could be turned back! The driver said they were supposed to treat the interior with an ozone process to remove the smoke smell but didn't. He said it was up to me to get the overspray removed! They may or may not help pay for it! I asked him if he himself would accept this car and he said No! Based on this experience I would never do business with Carvana or recommend them! They suck!!! More
