Brought our truck in to be serviced yesterday.Was treated poorly.Girl in service department was unsmiling and surly.I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to help me .During this time there were at least 5 poorly.Girl in service department was unsmiling and surly.I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to help me .During this time there were at least 5 employees at the desks.I was not in a hurry but at least someone could have said something.Finally this young lady unsmilingly said What are you here for. We took the van in for routine oil change and maintenance. While that was happening, I was able to visit the sales room and was assisted by a very personal level saleswoman, Claire Howard. She kindly let me sit in and test drive a Rav 4 Hybrid. She also explained the ins and outs of the new models that might be available. Her help was very much appreciated. In all of my years buying cars, I have never been taken care of the way I was with Carver Toyota. I live in Texas and for months had been searching for a very hard to find new 4Runner. I got very lucky in care of the way I was with Carver Toyota. I live in Texas and for months had been searching for a very hard to find new 4Runner. I got very lucky in that Carver did have one that was not yet spoken for. Rob, Michelle, and Rich from start to finish made everything as smooth as possible. When I flew to Indianapolis to take delivery of the vehicle, Rob had a Cadillac hired to bring me to the dealership and upon my arrival, they got me on the road within half an hour. In no uncertain terms did I feel like I was treated as family. I truly feel I would not have been better taken care of if I were to walk into a Mercedes dealer with $xxx,xxx to spend. Next time we are in the market for a Toyota, I will look to Carver and have them ship the vehicle to Texas! More
