Service manager Holly was excellent, but service itself was very poor. Car window left open outside by tech on rainy day, Did not reset my screen after resetting my oil change parameters, obviously did not was very poor. Car window left open outside by tech on rainy day, Did not reset my screen after resetting my oil change parameters, obviously did not check tire pressures but marked them checked on the checklist. I checked pressures before and after service and they were unchanged and none of them were 35 psi as shown on the checklist. More
