Prior to visiting I had communicated with him via email regarding a vehicle I found online. Mr. Morris had responded promptly to my online inquiry and was prepared for my arrival. When showing the vehicle to me, Mr. Morrow was extremely knowledgable in its vast amount of features, technical and safety alike. He walked alongside me while I viewed the vehicle and pointed out the various features and functions while assuring me the dealership had inspected and maintained it. Mr. Morrow was very professional and answered all of my questions. On delivery day he made the process seamless and quick.
