Unsatified This dealership completely tried to play me. They offered me a contract and we agreed and signed and then 3 days later they call and tell me the banks This dealership completely tried to play me. They offered me a contract and we agreed and signed and then 3 days later they call and tell me the banks that excepted my terms are saying I have to put 1,000 down payment if I don't Casey Kia will take my car away from me. They also when I asked if I wanted to stay with the other agreement and couldn't do the down payment what would happen.. they said the car would be taken away from me. I am new to this experience so at the time I did not know this is actually illegal to do. They can not take my car away if they have already agreed to a previous contract. If you are coming here and buying a used or new car I would be careful with the final stage of the financial department. They will not give you what you ask for. Did not go through my bank, so they said they would and they might even trick you into thinking they can take your car away if you don't agree to the new terms... I will not ever be doing service with them. I will also be retuning my vehicle to them cause I will not be played like that. Very disappointed because my experience seemed to be so nice right at first. More
