I have a 2017 Kia Sorento that I brought April of 2021. This vehicles engine has gone out 3 times since I've had it. Each time they tell me it's a brand new engine and the engine goes out before 6 months o This vehicles engine has gone out 3 times since I've had it. Each time they tell me it's a brand new engine and the engine goes out before 6 months of it supposedly being changed .I call to let them know and it's a 6 month wait. They just did this to me February of 2023 where I had to pay almost $2000 for everything that went wrong while my vehicle was sitting waiting to be serviced under warranty. I have reached out to the corporate per 1 of their own staff and in the midst of getting a lawyer because now my engine is out yet again after just getting it back in February not to mention they made me drive off the lot with a dead battery to where I had no choice but to go straight to another shop and pay more to have them change battery. The car radio nor lights would stay on because my battery completely died while in Casey Kias care. While waiting on servicing that turned out to supposedly be my fault . Multiple ppl Kias had my vehicle from Aug 2022-February 2023. They we having it towed between the VA Beach location , Newport News location and Chesapeake location. Engine went back out again July 2023. More
