Service department is helpful and pleasant. I recently visited for my one month appointment and felt like a VIP! I was just blown off for a scheduled appointment for a full diagnostics that was scheduled after a previous visit had shown a catalytic converter issue. Back then, this appointment was scheduled so that a mechanic could perform a complete check. When I came in this morning, they told me that the mechanic had to go out of state and wasn't available. When I questioned why they hadn't called, she said "They don't come in until 8. I didn't have time to call everyone." Well, I was the FIRST appointment that morning with that mechanic. And if the mechanic had had to go out of state, I doubt they didn't know until that very morning! So basically, Casey don't give a xxxx about wasting their customers time and money! I'll certainly never buy from any Casey dealer or take any vehicle for service there again - and I'd recommend that you not do so either. More
