We are new to Williamsburg and have had no prior experience with other area dealers. We were interested in a new very high fuel economy sedan. The Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Ford Fusion Hybrid experience with other area dealers. We were interested in a new very high fuel economy sedan. The Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Ford Fusion Hybrids seemed to meet our wish list. At this date neither the Accord or Fusion Hybrids are available. This left the Camry as our only option and we were exposed to potential price gouging. We met Alan Lind on the dealer lot and immediately liked his full information, low key approach. The car was in short supply and we could not find the trim line and color we wanted at any dealer between Norfolk and Washington DC. Alan worked diligently to show us all available colors in other trim lines and other model cars until we were comfortable that after ordering our car we would be happy with the color upon arrival. Next, price negotiating. Alan was very low key and we negotiated a fair price (no price gouging). Alan, and the dealership, then found the car we wanted on another dealer's order list and "bought" the car from that dealer. That way we only had to wait 30 instead of 90 days for our car. It arrived as promised and again Alan was super diligent in explaining all features and functions of the car. He has followed up several times to assure that we are satisfied. We have not been dropped once the dealer got our money. This has been a very pleasant experience for us. We were treated with respect, provided with great, conscientious service and the car drives beautifully. More

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a Prius c, so we stopped by Casey Toyota for a test drive (no appointment). Allen greeted us and answered our questions about this particular model. For the test drive, he drove it off the lot and we switched drivers to allow my husband to drive (this was one of two dealerships out of the five that my husband and I visited that did not allow us to drive it alone). But, he was unobtrusive and allowed us to put it through its paces with braking and swerving. After we left the dealership, I received quotes from different Toyota dealerships in the area. The quote I received from Casey Toyota was not the lowest, but they matched the lowest quote from another dealership, which I appreciated. We put down a deposit and we able to get my husband's first choice color very quickly (within 12 hours)! Everyone we dealt with at Casey was polite and not at all pushy. More

Allen Lind worked with us in our search for a new van. He arraigned test drives for us, answered all of our questions, was always gracious and never 'pushy'. Without an appointment, drove in for my 2012 one thousand mile checkup. He attended to may need promptly and explained the operation of the radio which I could not master from reading the manual. After speaking to other friends that have purchased extended service plans from Toyota, I was informed that they paid far less than what I was quoted. Doesn't give us a very positive feeling about customer service. More

Great Experience til after the sale. Amounts were changed and questions were not answered unless we went there in person. No one wants to help you after the sale or they will avoid phone calls, will not return calls or even ask who you are when looking into something for you??? How hard is ustomer service??? We over paid and they got us. If it does not involve them making money off of you, you are not worth the time. Brought our vehicle in for water leaks same week of purchase. Several weeks later water leaking horribly causing the sunroof to not work on occasion. We brought it in on a very rainy day and they were going to charge us to fix it. They said it was suppose to be checked by a dealer if brought back-but was never told to us??? Why would i pay if you did not fix it in the first place? Now there is water damage that they may not be able to be fixed due to the extent. They left the seat belt post is messed up making it unable to change the height of the seat belt and how it the allows belt to move. Which makes it hard being disabled to deal with. The water leaked and hopefully no damage occurred to any of the electronics or mold/water damage in unseen areas occurred. We canceled the warranty that was suppose to be free and we got not even half of it back. It was done prior to the 90 days but conviently that finance manager quit when we canceled it. We were looking into trading the vehicle in but no one ever got back to us. We dropped off for service that was never done and they were suppose to do a trade in value while it was there. Neither was done and we called at 6pm to find out neither was done and we dropped it off the night before. Service was not done due to who was going to pay to cover it. No one even bothered to call to say no one was doing anything. It took 3 months to get Robert in sales department to finally help us (no one else would deal with us). Chris G in the service department is helping us now get things fixed and is the best one there. More
