By far the best experience at a car dealership!!! I went to Cassen to find me a vehicle that's going to meet my needs for myself and my children. Jerry was excellent in finding me the perfect vehicle that contained my names and children's needs. He never one time pushed me to purchase anything I could not afford he was helpful and understanding. Hands down one of the that's experience in a long while with a car dealership. Everyone was friendly and top-notch. Dustin the financial guy was one of the best and funniest numbers guys you will meet he didn't make you feel like you were signing your life away to a vehicle that's going to be a debt burden your whole life very professional and top-notch as well. Purchase experience I have bought four vehicles, and family members have bought four more from Holly. She has always been very knowledgeable and very helpful. They purchasing experience was very low pressure and didn't take all day like it does at some dealerships. The best thing I can say about the whole experience is that it reminded me of shopping with my dad when I was young and buying a car was a fun and exciting and the salesperson actually cared about you, helping you get what you wanted. We still have the pictures on the frig of our grandchildren when we took them to Cassens to see Santa. Holly still makes sure the grand kids get popcorn when they come in. Yes it is that kind of a dealership, keep up the good work. Just as a note I love dealing with Holly but I do shop around at at least three different dealerships and I have always got the best price with Holly and Cassens. More
