Good but old school Informed dealership when I was coming. They said they would be ready for me. Got to dealer & my vehicle still needed to be fetched from far lot. Wait. Negotiation took place over Sharpie pens with no calculators very old school. Just happy they had vehicle I desired. Would prefer a more digital experience with the decision maker @ dealership. Driana was great on email & text pre-sale. GM mentioned in email to me that #14 was very important to him on this survey but there are no numbers. He never introduced himself to me either. Maybe he wasn't there but someone had to approve the sale to me where Paul scampered off to @ each step. More

Good Service I was having problems with the acceleration on my 2015 Terrain. So, I took it to the Service Department.
