SERVICE VISIT

upon my visit to castle buick gmc i was greetly promptly with a smile! to me this is very important. LT took the time to understand my service request and made me feel like he really cared. LT kept me informed of the status and when my car was ready he called right on time. Even the shuttle driver was friendly. my car was cleaned and repaired perfectly, I was impressed!! More
