I would just like to thank Gary Lang Auto group for being the absolute worst dealership around. I went in looking to buy a 2021 Subaru WRX STI limited with the sticker price of around $39,000. First I was to the absolute worst dealership around. I went in looking to buy a 2021 Subaru WRX STI limited with the sticker price of around $39,000. First I was told I can’t test drive the car because of the “power they have”. I moved past that and then tried to make a deal. They sent a manager out to appraise my truck (apparently it was one of the Langs) and he came back with a number so low it was insulting, and said they will not move off that price. After that I asked if we can work on the price of the car, so the salesman talked to the manager and came back with the answer of “he’s going to sell the car for $46,000”. That’s $7,000 over the sticker price and what the salesman and I previously discussed. At this point I left. The next day I went to Kenosha Subaru, test drove, and purchased the same exact car (21 wrx sti limited) in a different color for about $9,000 less than what Gary Lang told me. I also have a friend that bought a WRX from Gary Lang and said he will never go back because the service department is absolutely terrible. With that being said STAY AWAY FROM GARY LANG AUTO GROUP!!!! They are shady, untrustworthy dishonorable, and a poor excuse for a car dealership. More
