"Waiting Time needs to be improved "

For just oil change and tire rotation I wait 2h 20min. It's to much time waiting just for oil change. Sitting room was very packed no chair to sit. No cashier at the end.

"Tires"

Thought tires would be expensive at the dealer and was dead wrong. Plus I got another $200 back from GM, can’t beat that. Car is ready for winter.

"Oil Change and Tire Rotation"

Called Friday 11.9 and they took me right away for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had bought my truck in March. Did not realize the first 2 services would be free. Great service, it was easy and quick with no hassles.

"Major Engine Repair"

I needed major engine repair for my equinox. Zach was easy to talk to, fully explained the repair and got me into a loaner car for the duration of the repair. At the end the repair cost came in just a bit under the estimate, which was great to see.

"Oil change"

Megan called to say they had a $10 gift card offer with oil change. That was great. Dropped car off, they asked if I wanted it washed and I said yes. They said they would text when finished. No one texted to say it was finished and the car wasn’t washed. Disappointing
