Purchased an SUV in December when I was 8 months pregnant. Brakes were squeaky so I asked for them to be replaced. They assured me they were replaced recently and that the noise would go away. Of course I shouldn’t have believed them. Took car in for “free oil change for life” 2 weeks ago and was told that they no longer offer that even tho I purchased the vehicle when they still did, but they would give me ONE free oil change. How generous!! At that time brakes were STILL squeaky, in fact they were worse! DUH...silly me for believing them. 2 days later the dash lit up with “brake pads worn”. Called and spoke to service manager Zack and got him to agree to replace ONE axle at no charge. I took what I could get at this point even tho I felt that both axles should have been replaced. I made appt for Saturday morning at 8 am and showed up at 7:40 am per his request to get me in and out since I was going to have my 6 month old baby with me. I was assured the parts would be ordered and ready when I showed up for my appt. I live an hour from the dealership and was told it would take 2 hours to complete the job. Once again I was let down by the customer service of this dealership and waited for 4 HOURS with a 6 MONTH OLD only to be told after this 4 hours that they had ordered the wrong parts and could they offer me a loaner so they can order the correct parts and complete the job. This place is a joke!! Do not, I repeat do NOT buy a car from this place. I can’t make this stuff up. I then called Zack the service manager after this incident and asked to be compensated for the inconvenience by replacing the other axle which I should have demanded from the beginning, and he flat out refused!!! He instead offered an apology...an apology in this case is absolutely NOT good enough. They should be ashamed at how they run their business. If you’re looking into buying a car here I urge you to GO ELSEWHERE.
