Granted, nobody with a nice car wants to park next to them, but the cars are still running and still get our daughters safely from place to place. Except for regular oil changes and tires, we take both cars to Fox Valley Schaumburg for service. In my opinion, Fox Valley judges each service issue separately, addresses the specific need of the service issue, and addresses that issue with the best interest of the customer in mind. Truly the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Upon entering Fox Valley VW in Schaumburg we found the dealership clean and inviting. We were allowed to browse the vehicles without being attacked by the sales staff, quite enjoyable. After we made a few decisions we simply asked for a sales representative. John Cordova came to our assistance a minute later. We took a few vehicles for test drives and were allowed to enjoy the experience without being hassled from our salesman (anyone who has ever dealt with car salesmen knows exactly what I mean). John answered any and all questions during our test drives. We made our choice for the new car. Although they didn't have an exact match, Fox Valley VW (John Cordova) got our car personally the next day. They had the vehicle fully fueled and ready to go when we arrived to sign the paperwork. Fabian Libreri was fast, informative and great to work with as we signed all paperwork. The Fox Valley team are very professional and courteous and we highly recommend you visit here if you're thinking of purchasing a VW. More
