The service team at Schaumburg Volkswagen has done an amazing job in keeping my car in top shape despite the car’s high mileage of nearly 130,000. The team always identifies any issue with my car in a v amazing job in keeping my car in top shape despite the car’s high mileage of nearly 130,000. The team always identifies any issue with my car in a very early stage before the issue can become a major problem. So I have ample time to decide when I should schedule a repair to address the identified issue. The regular maintenance has been done with great care and always followed up with a nice wash to keep my car nice and shine after each visit. Finally the service advisor and the cashier are very friendly and welcoming making my visits to this dealership an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who drives a Volkswagen. More

Easy to make appointments, love the online feature. Enjoy the shuttle/car service. I feel the service advisors look out for my best interests, Ken let me know about a 10% coupon which made me confirm complet the shuttle/car service. The only negative I have is my car wasn't washed upon pick up, my Subaru dealer does this after every service, nice to get in a clean car. More
