Although the service tech was nice and polite, I felt I was just a number, and my service was all about the dollars and cents. Every reason I purchased the car from this dealership was sold on their servic was just a number, and my service was all about the dollars and cents. Every reason I purchased the car from this dealership was sold on their service and maintenance aftercare. They sold us on the 5-star care we would get for the life of the car. What I learned is that having a dealership that costs more than any other repair service only means you will pay more for service than you should. Without going into the entire let down of my experience, before you purchase your car, make sure you don't pay a premium for your vehicle and extended warranty because of the service you are promised. Just remember that will cost a premium too. Shop your options because having a dealership back you up on your service needs provides zero benefit but costs more. Also, when you are promised, car washes, and for scratches to be buffed out among other promises, just remember it is lip service to get you to sign your contract. After your car is serviced you will pick it up dirty (even though you were promised free washes), and it will most likely take a week just for an oil change and a diagnosis. And be prepared to pay $$$$ to have your car diagnosed - something most auto shops do for free to earn your business. I felt ripped off to be honest. I paid over $300 just to get an oil change and a list of $4000 worth of repairs none of which were covered under my premium warranty that is set to expire in a few months of course. The warranty is useless :( please think twice before purchasing or servicing your car at Cavendars Cadillac. More
