Had headlight issues after purchasing the car from you. Talk to the salesman several times on the issue and every time was told he would call me right back with an answer. Never happened. After talking with the GM, we got it taken care of. After the car was serviced, the headlights were worse than before. Could not see more than 5 feet in front on the car. Very big safety issue. I talked with the service manager Rocky. Was told that the headlights are normally plug and play. So obviously they weren’t checked. I brought the car in to have the issue corrected and Rocky and the service advisor were there but the manager never said a word to me. When I picked up the car I walked by the service manager twice and again he acknowledged me. I will say the service advisor I had Katie was great. I am also a Manager in aircraft and would never ignore a customer that had any issues with maintenance performed. The headlights are corrected and now safe for my granddaughter to drive it again. More
