Well is has been 34 days now - without a car to drive - My item being corrected is under warranty - I contacted management in person - phone calls - letters - even sent responses to GM Cadillac - and - guess what -NOTHING yet? I doubt that all customers are treated this way however - I have been treated in a way I do not understand - Makes me not want to even go back ever - but I have to get my car eventually - if it is corrected - right ? Awkward position they have put me in for sure!
