I went in for a battery on my 2022 Altima , the young man that helped me was very nice.I was in and out but what. They are unorganized and will make you wait hours to buy and service your vehicle. I have waited multiple hours just for an oil change multiple times. They don't do paperwork properly and forget that I have and service your vehicle. I have waited multiple hours just for an oil change multiple times. They would also never give me updates on my vehicle and always see it done but no one ever meets me. I have to get up and wait by the door for someone to say it is finished. More

Shifty, not trustworthy, inferior work. Not happy with the new dealership. I've used Nissan since 2017 when I purchased my Murano for maintenance. Since Cavender took over the service department tries to talk me I to work that does not need to be done. The last oil change and tire rotation will be the last visit to the dealership. They told me my brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced. It would cost me $333 per brake if there was no damage. I purchased brakes for $120 (all four) and had my brother in law help me replace them. Over half the pad remained, they were not dangerously low and there was no rotar damage. The worst part is that my lug nuts were all dangerously loose, which could have caused an accident...because the dealership did not tighten them well. I was also missing one! I used to trust Nissan and the service I received. No longer! I thought my next car would be a Nissan... I will be reconsidering. More
