Indeed we can always improve how we communicate our customers vehicles’ needs, and we’re using your feedback to help coach our team. We are taken aback by your prejudice comment; as the overwhelming majority of our team is Hispanic. In communicating the needs of your vehicle, we possibly could have explained the delay in service a bit better due to safety concerns we discovered with your Tundra, with a nail in the tire and a software update to some of the safety systems. Addressing these and correcting them so that your vehicle is safer for you to drive is a top priority of ours, and did indeed take some time to complete. We are glad, however, the necessary repairs have been made and you’re safely back behind the wheel of your Tundra. Please know, we do appreciate your business, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!
