Made appointment for 2/4/14 to have my RAV4 diagnosed because the Service Engine,VSC, and 4 wheel lights were on. I requested that no work be done before calling me with a price and my approval I talked because the Service Engine,VSC, and 4 wheel lights were on. I requested that no work be done before calling me with a price and my approval I talked to Joe and was quoted the following prices 162 parts,50 for diagnostic and 176 for labor for a total of 388.0 I asked how long and was told it would be done by the time I got off work, so I gave my permission to repair at that cost. I go to pick up my RAV4 and am told that nothing has been done to the vehicle and I need a manifold. No call to tell me about additional cost, no work done on the vehicle and told that I wasn't supposed to be there until they call me and let me know the work was done. There is also a recall to be done and they didn't even do that when the vehicle in the shop.So I paid the charge for diagnostic to tell me what was wrong and got in my unrepaired RAV4 and left the dealership. Kory Tersinar was great to work with and helped us get a great car. Our only complaint was that the financing terms did not come out exactly how we would have liked since only one of us was able to be there great car. Cedar Rapids Toyota sent me a reminder that I needed a 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appoin 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appointment for the 50,000 mile check and later change my appointment to include an oil change. When I arrived the friendly staff promptly checked me in and within an hour all of hte work was finished. The waiting room was clean and had fresh coffee, cookies, and pie! More

You can not ask for a better experience. No pressure bs, no games.
