If I could give zero stars I would. One of their employees scratched my brand new car window. I was told they would happily replace it and it has been 7 months. No one calls back. Carlo was a great salesman. If it wasn't for him, our experience at Centennial Hyundai would be 1 star. He was personable, professional, and willing to help! Carlo gets 5 stars!! I felt that he was as transparent as one can be for a car salesman. On the other hand, Kevin from finance was terrible. I will go into deep details in another review but needless to say, DO NOT purchase ANY "upgrades" from Kevin!! He told us our lifetime oil changes were $3 more per month. Come to find out after CANCELING that it was $20/month!! He failed to mention that oil changes are complimentary for the first 3 years!! Gilbert, Chelsea and Carlo had to fix the mess Kevin created two days after the sale. More
