Most recently, the convertible roof on my daughter's Mercedes CLK430 stopped working in the down position. Fearing rain, I traded cars with her, and early on a Monday morning I took a chance and dropped her CLK off at Centennial. My regular service advisor, John Cary, was out of the office but the service manager, Roger Hosmer, personally took care of me and got me a loaner to help get me back on my way to work. I know that this service is not always available - especially without any prior notice - but I sincerely appreciate the personal efforts that he took to make this happen. It always impresses me that the guys at Centennial treat you the same whether you show up in a 12 year old CLK or and brand new AMG Black Series. The next day John gave me a phone call to debrief me on the problem and what the potential cost to repair would be. He also looked for available discounts (to include military) to help ensure that I was getting the best service at the lowest price possible. To my surprise he had my car ready for pick up the very next day at a very reasonable price. Owning a used Mercedes will undoubtable require more service than a brand new Mercedes but the guys at Centennial do their best to ensure that you can enjoy your classic without costing you and arm and a leg. More

Met with Ben on a Saturday afternoon and requested an invoice...we negotiated briefly and discussed USAA incentives. Ben checked on availability of the vehicle we wanted. Joe gave me a vehicle demonstration of a similar model the same day. Ben was able to secure our vehicle and we set up for the sale on the following Friday. Wife and I arrived slightly early but Ben, Joe and the vehicle were ready. Minor difficulty with obtaining USAA incentive but was quickly rectified by USAA staff. Final paperwork completed very quickly and better financing was offered and taken. Joe Joseph than thoroughly demonstrated the vehicle for my wife who was very satisfied. There is no need to run down how bad someone's trade-in is, pointing out all of the things wrong with it. I visited another Pensacola dealer Saturday morning and they did not belittle our cars. More

I purchased a brand new vehicle from Centennial on 7/18 and it was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Joe was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Volvo S60 that I was looking at purchasing. The over all process went very quickly and smoothly. The finance manager, Brent, was also great to work with. He did a great job helping me find a terrific finance rate for my new vehicle.
