I went there the snarling dragon lady thinking that a woman is an "easy target." Salesman, Mr. Melli, was polite anyway. I had done some internet research on Hyundai and Kia. I went to Mid Island since it was the closest to me, mainly on a fact finding mission since I did not know exactly what I wanted (Hyundai or Kia, Sante went to Mid Island since it was the closest to me, mainly on a fact finding mission since I did not know exactly what I wanted (Hyundai or Kia, Sante Fe size or Tucson size). I did know I wanted a crossover. To make a long story short Anthony and Manny went over the differences between the 2 makes (both by Hyundai Motor Corp) and the vehicle sizes. After my test drive of the Sante Fe (and my wife saying she liked the looks of the Sante Fe over the Sorrento) I knew that the Sante Fe was the vehicle I would go with. The decision now was to buy or lease and the price since I wanted my payments to stay within a certain budget. Mike gave me his undivied attention the whole time I was thier showed me everything about the gensis which made me fall in love with the car. It drove nicer then my current Lexus and it had more goodies then what i had currently. I was apprehensive at first but after showing me the car and test driving it I was hooked. I live in MA, and after seeing a Veloster on the freeway, reading about it, and test driving some here in MA, I decided I wanted one, but it had to be the manual transmission, and it had to be fully loaded. I had been searching AutoTrader every day for this rare find, and finally one popped up in your lot. I called your dealership and spoke with Paul Watts who allowed me to place the deposit and get the ball rolling. I explained the difficult logistics of getting the car registered in MA, and that I wanted to pay MA taxes, and he and Mike Doyle were very accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure that all these needs were met. They got me an outstanding rate on a loan, and spent an immense amount of time with me on the phone. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process go as smoothly as it possibly could. The paperwork was fed-exed to me and Mike Doyle patiently went over every number with me over the phone. I think I probably spoke on the phone with Paul or Mike at least 20 times in the first few days. They answered every question and were very kind. When Paul went on vacation, both he and Mike called me to let me know that Stefan would be my new contact person. Stefan called me too, to arrange to pick me up at the ferry when I came to pick up my car. He even offered to bring coffee or food for me! When he picked me up at the ferry he gave me a bouquet of balloons! It made what was a very big occasion for me feel extremely special and festive and made me feel like the only customer. Mike again went over each paper with me in person and congratulated me, and Stefan spent a good amount of time showing me how to use all the features of my new car, as well as making sure it was polished and beautiful! I was cared for well beyond any expectations, and would recommend your dealership to any and all of my family and friends! I'm so impressed with the service I received, and I know it was not an easy transaction due to my request to register it out of state. I would gladly go through it all again if I were buying another car, and I'd rather buy a car from you than any of the local Hyuundai dealerships I went to here in MA!
