I’ve financed or leased several vehicles in my life, from 3 different states, this is the first time I’ve left a dealership lot on empty and with under pressurized tires. I had to stop on the way home from C 3 different states, this is the first time I’ve left a dealership lot on empty and with under pressurized tires. I had to stop on the way home from CT to charge the vehicle for over an hour (after sitting in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for them to charge it (“enough to get me home”) just to make it back with 2% battery . I called around 1230 that afternoon saying I was interested in a specific vehicle (the vehicle I left the lot with). There’s absolutely no reason why this car wasn’t charged 100%. The excuse the manager gave me was “yeah sorry, it’s been sitting in the show room.” Okay? Again, not my problem, especially considering the vehicle literally has the capability to plug into a regular wall outlet. When I called to speak to the manager, telling him I wanted to speak to him before I left any sort of review he accused me of bribing him. Which is hilarious in of and itself. Does it get any more dramatic than that? No, Tyler, I wasn’t “bribing” you. I was simply stating my frustrations with leaving your lot with a vehicle with little to no charge, and under pressurized tires. When I called voicing my frustrations, you accused me of bribing you (again, hilarious and dramatic) and when I apologized for being angry you said “no problem, listen I’ll figure something out and call you back.” Been over a month, and not a single email or call back. Your sales person Evan however, was super professional and very polite. I know you think you’re the only dealership in CT, but better believe I’ll continue driving by before I stop here again. Awful experience. Evan and TJ are literally the only reason why I gave the dealership 2 stars instead of 1. Those two guys deserve a raise. More
