"Liars"

- Disappointed Customer

Nothing but liars and tell you anything you want to here. I've had my car serviced there for 3 yrs since I bought it there. I had an issue with my car an had an appointment. I drove 45 min to get there and was told they don't the parts to fix my car. Took them 10 days to get the parts. Was lied to day after day that my parts would be in tomorrow. Had trouble with my Bluetooth can't be fixed according to them. I will never go there again. I was looking at a new car as well, will find another dealer. Their lost an I will be sure to tell people about my experience at Central Auto Group.

"Exceptional, professional, courteous "

We were in to service another Hyundai, but decided to take a look at what was on the lot. Joe Lewis was our salesman. He did an exceptional job working with us from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove off the lot with our Hyundai vehicle purchase. His “no pressure” approach, genuine friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism were excellent! The entire staff was fantastic to work with and I would definitely recommend Central Auto Group. "Stopped after hours for help"

I stopped after 6 pm at Central Volkswagen and meet the sales manager Jeff Brown, My 2017 Jetta which I bought when I lived RI had a problem the phone charger was not working and I did not know how to hook up my new phone. He brought the car in found a blown fuse replaced and connected my new phone all at no charge! This kind of service does not happen very often.

"Service department, beware. "

Leased a car from central auto group. Initially it started out wonderfully but quickly the relationship soured. I swept it under the rug until i went to go change my brakes and realized the lug nuts were not standard lugs. I called the dealership and told them that i did not have the key and believe it was never in the car. Don from the service department told me that i was lying and that he finds it hard to believe that the key never came with it. (Mistakes don’t happen). Didn’t think a repeat Hyundai customer would be turned away so easily. I won’t be returning.

"Instrument cluster covered!"

Kathryn was very helpful when I needed the airbag recall and the instrument cluster replaced on my mustang. She put me in a loaner car so I could bring my car in right away. We were both pleasantly surprised that ford covered the instrument cluster. She programmed an extra key for me without charge. I want Kathryn to be my service rep every time I take a car in. 9.7/10
