Buying my new car was a quick, simple, and almost painless transaction on the day I actually bought it. I was in and out in probably just over an hour. Not much of a hassle and the financing departme painless transaction on the day I actually bought it. I was in and out in probably just over an hour. Not much of a hassle and the financing department was able to get me exactly what I wanted for a monthly payment and even managed to get me a very low interest rate for my situation. I had some issues with the dealership after I completed my purchase- the bank that financed my car was dragging their feet getting my loan processed and paying them. I was kept in the dark about this, and I tried to call the dealership several times about it and each time I would simply be told someone would call me back which never happened. With the dealership giving me the impression that they were ignoring me, I left a pretty unflattering Google review detailing my problems with them. The next morning, the general manager Mike contacted me and was eager to make things right. Even on his day off, he was in contact with me and the finance department at the dealership trying to get everything setup so I could pick up my new car at the end of the week. When I was finally able to pick up my car, Neil assisted me and was great. Colby, the salesman I originally bought the car from, had an appointment with another customer at the same time but still made it a point to come over and see how everything was going. While I wish I didn’t have to write a negative review to get someone to call me back, the eagerness of Mike and the rest of his team to rectify the situation was impressive and actually changed my whole opinion of the experience. If you do buy from Central and are having an issue, call Mike and he’ll get it sorted out. More

They helped us in every aspect, such as getting the right price, and making sure it was in the best condition possible before bringing it home for good! Al was so friendly and lightened the mood by making us laugh as well as insured my parents that I would be driving a very safe and reliable car. Tyler was very customer friendly and kept my family and I in the loop when it came to when I would be able to pick up the car as well as what was happening during detailing and registering it. More

The salesman met us on the front door, and after he makes sure we follow up all Coronavirus policies, we take the drive. We like the car with exception. The windshield has a star crack, and actually I'm surprised how this car passed the safety exception and is a CPO with a broken front windshield. That was a major reason we asked for a second drive after they fix it. We scheduled a test drive after two days, and we asked if it is someone buy the car meant time to call us. The dealership is 75 ml away from us or 1hour 35 min driving. On Thursday, we were at the front door, ready to go for second drive. I call them to make sure they wait for us the same Sales Manager Yaris who give us all promises, told me that vehicle sold a day before. I would say this dealer like All VW dealership in our area are not loyal and laying their customers. Most importantly, they put on sale cars that are not safe, and most of the time, they even do not detail them. More

I had a great experience. Bought a 2018 off Hyundai. I didn’t care much for a guy in ford so a little birdy said try Hyundai. Chris was awesome. Bought my first vehicle from him that was new.
