Neil was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about the process of returning my current leased vehicle and helping me choose my new one. exemplary. thank goodness for the salesperson, because the others lie!! typical of workers who do not value their customers. salesperson, Jared was awesome keeping us updated with the registration, however, the envelope w typical of workers who do not value their customers. salesperson, Jared was awesome keeping us updated with the registration, however, the envelope was stamped 1 week later, which meant I could not drive because I had no valid registration. When the office was asked when they mailed it, Tyler came back and told me last week, when, clearly, the postmark said different. I have heard this of other dealerships, I don't blame Jared. He was wonderful ! I blame the manager, Tyler, and the office staff. they do not value the customer !!! AND . . clearly, someone lied ! I don't like liars. Plenty of other dealers who will be honest, and next time, I will find one. More

Enjoyable,Stress Free Experience My father and I went to Central Auto Group in Plainfield CT. looking to Lease a new FWD vehicle and was approached by Neil White. He proceeded to explain and answer all our questions regarding the vehicle and financing options . Throughout the course of the day we were prepared to be on a defensive posture because we were not savvy to purchasing a new vehicle and all the anticipated pressures and lack of understanding of making such a large investment. Neil White immediately put us at ease with his knowledge, professionalism and patience along with a sense of humor with all of our questions and concerns. The overall experience turned out to be one of excitement, joy and pleasure knowing we were in good hands as to our decision making, questions and concerns. Neil White (Sales Rep) asked good questions to understand what I was looking for then , answered all my questions to make sure we comparatively compared the vehicles I was evaluating. I wasn't rushed nor did I have my time wasted. Jeff Wilson (Sales Mgt) greeted me and sought to get me a better appraisal for my trade, which he did! . He was able to get more for my trade because of their network in the industry. Finally, upon receipt of new to me car Dustin Brown took me through the features and functions that made the car useful to me. He was patient and showed me all the innovation the car had to offer. This team was organized, professional, and great to work with. A+ rating !!! More
