Whole experience was satisfying overall, even though I should have pushed harder to get a better price for the vehicle I ended up with (friend spent less money on a nicer trim package at Vachon in Brooklyn, CT). There was a bigger guy with a goatee that was outwardly upset with something over the phone, and he made his loss of temper visible to customers. Recommend taking this type of business out back away from customer visibility. Final note- Carlos handed me off to someone with more product knowledge at the end of the transaction, but it was too late to be able to make informed decision changes. More
