Great Hospitality and customer service I came to grab a car that I seen online and come to find out that they all ready sold the car that I wanted. He didnt beat around the Bush with me with any questions that I had along with I didn't beat around the Bush with him with what I was looking for and wanted. Some times when u go to a car dealership some dealers will try and push u in to a car that you are not really in to not with shad I could talk to him like I new him and I could relate with him and feel like I could say and ask what I wanted. Shad has great hospitality skills and Fantastic customer service skills if he didn't work here I would offer him a job seeing that I'm a manager in my Occupation. All and all great experiences and I will make sure to tell my friends to come down and talk to shad. More

Staff was rude and degrading, unbelievably careless about anyone’s time or money. They make promises they do not keep. Then make you feel terrible for wanting to leave. It’s intimidating and demoralizing. Not to mention the brand new car has a giant scratch on the back and no one has reached out to address this glaringly obvious error.
