2017 Hyundai When customers ask to have everything ready that means everything including registration. If not able to complete then the customer should be informed When customers ask to have everything ready that means everything including registration. If not able to complete then the customer should be informed prior. I We were at the dealership at 4 :10 to complete all the paperwork. It was not our fault that the paperwork was not completed until after 5 therefore the registration was not completed. We wanted to only have to come in once. Then it took 2 days for the registration to be completed. When i came in to get the plates the salesman was not available and another associate had to step in which again created a delay. Need to be up front with time frames. More
