JUST LOOKING I saw a 2016 Ford Fiesta ST online while browsing and was interested in seeing it. Stopped by and was quickly approached by a young salesman. Told him I saw a 2016 Ford Fiesta ST online while browsing and was interested in seeing it. Stopped by and was quickly approached by a young salesman. Told him I was only looking but this was ignored and he wanted to know if I was trading my mini or keeping it. Again I said I was looking and he rudely asked 'you want me to move it out or not'. He got the keys and came out with a jumper box and my friend with me laughed and said a brand new car with a dead battery...(I was serious about looking but that was a really had omen) and the salesman just replied if it needs replacing we will replace it(it's dead replace it). He pulled it out and stalled it. Then even the jumper box wouldn't work to start it. A brand new car with starting problems...I can only imagine what state the used inventory is in... Will continue looking elsewhere.. More

Not only was I given a congratulations by our sales person Alex, other sales team members were also congratulating us on our new Tucson purchase even though they were not part of the transaction. Very positive atmosphere among the team. Management could be overheard thanking the other employees for whatever they were doing at the time which was a testament to the team work at this Hyundai dealership. Our salesperson Alex was exceptional and not pushy and listened to what "I" had to say, not just my husband when it was my vehicle to purchase. When I said I was not interested, he moved on to other options. Funny though, when Alex first came over to us, I said sternly "no black, no leather" and guess what I bought a black vehicle with leather. Love it. When we picked up my vehicle other sales team members came out and again congratulated us and were even giving me high fives because I was so excited about the vehicle purchase. More

Yes I bought a car from Lia Hyundai in Enfield, CT., the vehicle was Central Hyundai, is the best Hyundai Dealership in CT. as far as I am concerned. Yes I bought a car from Lia Hyundai in Enfield, CT., the vehicle was not road tested, nor was it cleaned properly. The best experience with this dealership is, the most delightful elderly gentleman who picked me up, drove me to the dealership. The sales lady was not very honest with me about the purchase. It did not change the way I feel about Hyundai Automobiles. I will never purchase anything from Lia Hyundai, Enfield, CT. I will continue to purchase my automobiles from Rick at Central Hyundai.
