When we walked into the dealership we were immediately greeted by Jim Theriault. He was very accommodating to us test driving vehicles even when we showed up close to closing time. He was very knowledgeab greeted by Jim Theriault. He was very accommodating to us test driving vehicles even when we showed up close to closing time. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove. He continued to work the deal and was as transparent with us as he possibly could be. Even after we originally walked away and came back he still worked with us cordially and ended up closing the deal. All in all it was a pleasant experience and Jim Theriault knowledge and patience with us in a short period of time went a long way and was greatly appreciated. More

Went in for a Ford Bronco, walked out with a Mazda CX-9. Will & Mike were very patient with me as I changed my mind and then left without buying anything. There was zero pressure with them. Over the week Mike sent me the differences of lease vs. finance, 24 months, 36 months and on and on. Will worked with my insurance agent and when I came in a week later I was only there for less then an hour. Will definitely come back More
