Came in on 11/15 looking at a Jeep. Was forced into a used Tuscon. Now here we are 11/26 and they decided to play some games. So 11/25 they gave me dealer plates at 12:15pm, at 2:07pm I received a call they “never received” my insurance, and to make sure I call a company that’s closed for the weekend to get my paperwork on their end processed. Then at 5:40 I get called if I can’t get in touch with finance company they wanted the car back. Called finance company at 9am, then sat on hold for almost 3 hours and still nothing so I go to return the vehicle like asked and I was told to keep the car, after a brief discussion in the parking lot with Jim I left in the same car I “had to return on Saturday if I couldn’t get in touch with the finance company” so 3 cars drove to their dealership and 3 cars drove away. Place is a xxxxing joke. More
