I brought my car in to be serviced. After about a week in the shop they called me saying a loaner had just been returned and I could pick it up if I wanted to. After two days of driving the loaner they provided, I went to put something in the drivers side door cup holder, and saw a small plastic bag filled with a pink powder substance (resembling drugs). I immediately called Jaira (the employee who gave me the loaner) and reported it to her, along with sending a photo. She said "omg that's crazy" and said she would tell her manager the next day. Two days later I picked my car up and requested to speak with a manager, Jaira said there was no manager available. Andrew (a manager) then asked what was going on. He had nothing to say. They told me my car was ready, and when I got in, I saw they left a box full of random car parts in my back seat. Andrew called me after leaving, and told me he was going to call me on Monday with an offer before I decided to report the dealership to corporate. I never got a call on Monday, so I found another managers contact information on Google named Johnathan. I emailed him regarding what happened. He called me and his first response was "Did you return the box of parts?" As if that was the main issue at hand, not the fact that they provided a loaner car that had a bag of drugs in it. He went on to tell me that I had no proof there was drugs in the bag because I didn't test it. This place is a joke and has no regard for customers or the services they are providing. I didn't want to get anything out of them but for them to actually take the situation serious and take accountability for their negligence. Not a single person there cared about the fact that they not only exposed me to an illegal substance, but also could have put me in legal jeopardy. If you want to risk getting charged with possession of drugs that you didn't even know you were possessing, this is the dealership for you. Side note, they also put completely wrong information on my service records documents, and when I went to get it fixed, I was told I had to come back at 7:30 in the morning for THEIR screw up to be fixed. I received two calls for a factory recall on my jeep. I made the appointment. The girl had me on the phone for 30 mins when scheduling the appointment to confirm parts were there. I get there and they look at me like I’m nuts. They tell me there’s no appointment and no factory recalls. Jack got involved and was dismissive and basically acted like I made up the whole scenario. I was so upset but I went home. I started going through my vm messages and found the proof that i did get a call about the recall. I went back and Jack was terribly rude I had the proof and he still acted badly towards me. He’s a misogynistic low life in my opinion. Do not bring your vehicle there.
