I learned on my last visit that waiting for the job to be done is not smart as I sat there for 2 1/2 hours. This time I dropped the car off @ 7am and asked that it be ready by noon. At 11:30 I received a call that it was not going to be ready at noon, because of a parts delay on an open recall. Finally, at 1pm, my car was ready. I get the distinct feeling that the dealership's service department is simply overwhelmed with business and does not have the capacity to handle it all. Terrible waste of time. Very disappointed. I drove 40 miles to test drive a vehicle. The sales manager told me that I needed to qualify first by having my credit checked.
