The servisor advisor, Shawn, greeted me with the up most respect and courtesy, even though it was late in the day. He took time to explained how my aftermarket warranty will work for me and the worst case scenario if they don't. He kept me apdated through the whole process while my vehicle was in the dealership and that means a great deal for me. The automotive technician, Eli, is a great professional. When I have my vehicle serviced, many times I can noticed where the technician has worked on. But with Eli, I had to look deep see where he was working on. My vehicle was returned to me cleaned with no fingerprints or grease marks any where. I would recommend both Shawn and Eli to anyone. More

Busy Department The service department seems to be quite busy. I brought my van in for a coolant leak on a Wednesday. They indicated I would get it back by Friday. They did not get around to looking at it until the next Monday. I got it back on Tuesday. Seven days to replace a water pump. More

Oil Change | Directional Issue This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for an earlier date, but a week day. Due to too many complications in my schedule, I called and asked (begged) for any available slot on the weekend and the woman on the phone found a slot for me. I was thrilled . However, when I arrived ... I was not listed on their schedule. I was still able to leave my vehicle for an oil change and an issue I'm having with my directional. I was grateful they were able to still fit me in. I left it there and a few hours passed and I got the call that the car (Renegade) was ready for pick up - however, they could not seem to track down the issue with the directional. They ran diagnostics but nothing seemed to be showing up and there were not successful in recreating the issue at the shop. The issue continues. Lisa was very pleasant and throughly explained everything to me. I truly appreciated her help, clarity and patience. More
