30,000 service, oil change, recall I felt service could of been speedier, need more employees in service tech area. Prices for service was high, higher than other quotes I recieved before managment change. Danny worked with me his was very sincere and helpful, even though he was busy. He also gave me a discount on price which helped and compensated with service errors and time. Not a bad experience bit need a lot of work in customer service area, really need loaner cars, I spent 6hrs waiting around for my car even though I dropped it off at 9am. A loaner car would help a lot for customer completing service. Danny was great. Calm, cool, and hospitable. More

There should be a 0 rating for this place Nobody acknowledges you when you show up at service.The advisors sit there in their glass offices as you stand there wondering where to go. I dropped off my truck for recalls and the back up camera didn't work when I picked it up. Nobody cared when I called them about it. No manager would get on the phone. Operator told me I had 12 minutes to return before closing and then repeatedly hung up on me until closing time. I wish I would have read your reviews before coming there because nothing has changed. Obviously nobody cares what your customers think. I came there because the dealership down the road sucks also but I will not be returning here with my two vehicles either. Also, my quote was sent by Richard via text and seemed like a two year old wrote it. He tried to over charge me and lost a $900 sell because of it. He went home sick that day and never let me know my truck was ready nor did anyone else until the next day. Horrible service !!! More
