Went in for oil change and new tires. Return 4 hours later to wait another 2 hours for the service to finish. They scratched all my rims. Had to bring it back the next day to let them try to fix my rims. Returned 4 hours later and the buff job they did to fix my rims didnt fix it and I think they look worse in some places. I had to take my truck home because I had a flight to catch. Service manager said he would look into getting me new rims. No word from him yet. More

I haven’t been to a dealership like this in years and believed that every dealership was the same but not this place. They are scammers, they sold me a lemon without informing me the first car they sold me had problems and I gave it back, then they gave me a Cherokee and after two months they changed the engine because it was b the first car they sold me had problems and I gave it back, then they gave me a Cherokee and after two months they changed the engine because it was bad, it was a lemon! I could have had an accident in that car! I feel very disappointed of this seller, they made me have difficult times, they are not honest. I thought I could trust a Jeep Dealer for his brand and recognition but it was not like that! I would never buy with you again, I would not recommend it to anyone. More
