Had to have my car towed to the dealership due to some rough engine sounds and the service department was very quick to give us a diagnostic and we quickly decided it would not be worth the money to fix s rough engine sounds and the service department was very quick to give us a diagnostic and we quickly decided it would not be worth the money to fix so we came back the next day to trade it in. Our sales person, Hayden, was clearly inexperienced as he could not answer several of our question and made multiple errors while filling out our paperwork. My father asked twice for a manager to be brought over to elaborate on the buyer beware form and the as is no warranty form which he could not elaborate for us and he never had anyone come to assist us. No one ever came to answer those questions and my father refused to sign both forms. Afterwards our finance manager, Danny, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and got us through our financing quickly. Drove the new car home with no issues but the next morning when I dove it three different service required notifications show up almost instantly. I took it back to the dealership to have the service department check it out for me and the first employee I was sent to also seemed very inexperienced and did not demonstrate great customer service as I was left for over an hour with no explanation or estimated wait time. When I went back over to the service department to try and get some answers Greg found me and immediately took over the situation. He was very helpful and walked me through everything that was going on and repeatedly reassured me that they were actively resolving the issue. Within two hours of receiving Greg's assistance they identified the issue, replaced the part, and got be back in my vehicle. More
