Multiple issues at this dealership. The wrong things were fixed on my car, I had to return multiple times for the job to be done correctly. Multi point inspection was done, I was told my breaks did not need to be replaced. I mentioned to this service rep my brakes had been squeaking he said it was normal for my 2022 RT dodge challenger with 8000k miles to have this issue. Subsequent to my visit the squeaking has worsened, which leads me to believe the brakes need to be changed. I mentioned my issues to a service manager at this location and he was very rude during our interaction. I’m under the impression that the service representatives at this location are not doing their job to the fullest extent. Every time I visit this dealership there’s a lot of standing around and not getting things done. More
