While I was very pleased with the vehicle I purchased, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I purchased a used vehicle that was advertised at $25k. When I met with the salesperson, I was tol was very disappointed with the overall experience. I purchased a used vehicle that was advertised at $25k. When I met with the salesperson, I was told that the vehicle came with their “Family Value” package (upholstery protection, wheel locks, car washes, oil changes, vin etching , etc). which was “valued” at $7600 (but was only going to cost me $3k extra. When I asked if they could skip that package, I was told that since they had already added the service to the car, they couldn’t take the $3k off. With taxes and tags and the family package, the cost was $30k. When I went to drive off the lot, I realized they had “forgotten” to add the wheel locks - and the vin etching. I was then told that they only had one key. After a series of questions, it was revealed that they had NOT done ANY of the Family Package services. I made an appointment to have those services done the next morning and was told that they would be finished in about 90 minutes. Almost 7 hours later, and paying $200 for a second key, I drove home from the dealership frustrated and disappointed. More
