I went in for an oil change. The dealer insisted we do an alignment that in my opinion was not needed. I had to go back 4 times in the next 3 weeks to get everything corrected. At the end they gave me a credit for the damaged tire and repair the wheel and the scratch. But the frustration and the wasted time was not reimbursed. The service rep. was helpful and polite, just pushy at the beginning with the unnecessary alignment, which lead to all the troubles. More
