I bought a new Ram 2500, but the steering is misaligned and the interior is dirty. I contacted the seller and we arranged to take it in on Saturday the 18th to get it fixed. I waited 4 hours for the car to and the interior is dirty. I contacted the seller and we arranged to take it in on Saturday the 18th to get it fixed. I waited 4 hours for the car to be fixed, but nothing was done. Today, Monday the 20th, I took it to my trusted mechanic to solve the problem that the dealership itself can't solve because they don't have competent people and they also pay to clean the roof. It's absurd to buy a new car and come back with problems. More
