The staff I dealt with were friendly and socially accommodating. Their unwillingness to try and strike a deal was frustrating. The mandatory charge for the sham “Family Advantage” plan is laughabl accommodating. Their unwillingness to try and strike a deal was frustrating. The mandatory charge for the sham “Family Advantage” plan is laughable. The truck i purchased was not detailed, still had dirt and filth in the cupholders, under the hood and tailgate. The vehicle didnt appear to have been serviced as the air filter was filthy, even though it was sold as CPO. They wouldnt even throw in a transfer case service (which was 10K miles overdue) to make the deal. The windows were not laser VIN etched as the “Family Advantage” plan claimed, and id expect that theres no nitrogen in the tires either since they are running different pressures front/rear. Also, it took 4 visits to finally take delivery. To their credit, they did perform the fuel pump recall before delivery, which apparently took more than a day. The location was clean and the staff friendly. They claimed that they were taking a “loss” on the vehicle, but, when you consider the shamvantage plan and the $1200 documentation fee, they were getting a minimum of 10% profit even if they sold it at cost. Neither of those services carry even a fraction of those costs. More
