I’ve always experienced good customer service from the service and sales department, however the last visit was very disappointing I came to do an oil change and to fix a flat tire that I purchased there a year ago. I left the dealer with the flat tire because according to the service person he has to send paper work to get to get approval for replacement. I’ve been in contact with him via phone and also text several times and I’m still waiting for approval. I’m driving my car with a screw in the tire for about two weeks. I’m waiting to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. More
Never again. For the second time I got scammed at this dealer. The truck price was $44,603 and when I left it was $47,500.
