We told him we were in Jacksonville and if we were going to drive to Orlando we must have a deal agreed upon in principal. We provided him our max budget and what car we were trading in. After going back and forth in the phone he made our numbers works! We headed to Orlando and by 4pm and the SUV was mine!! That is how amazing he was. He was directly to the point (unlike other dealers who talk for hours and try to sell you extras you don't need). He was honest about what realistic monthly payment I should expect from the beginning. He also provided more for my trade in than expected to make the numbers work for my new Jeep. Financing process was also fast ( no more than 30 minutes and paperless) they gave me a USB drive with all the paperwork, my car keys and all done! Poor customer service I’m getting increasingly frustrated with your establishment. First, I wanted to speak to a salesperson via email and fine tune the details of my purch I’m getting increasingly frustrated with your establishment. First, I wanted to speak to a salesperson via email and fine tune the details of my purchase before coming in to the dealership. So I email back and forth with Jason, who will not give me any details or numbers until I come in. I tell him I don’t want to because of the shelter in place order. I’m not coming in unless I have a deal. Most dealerships are even bringing the test drive right to your driveway. Not this place. He keeps emailing me begging me to come in and to apply online with their lenders, even though I had already secured a pre-approval with a bank. I took a step further and secured financing with my bank, but the check wouldn’t arrive until the next day. He still wanted me to come in, buy the car, and bring the check the next day. I told him no because I didn’t want to make two trips. I follow up the next day, and he tells me he’s off but someone would get in touch with me. No one did. I go to the dealership anyway because I had made an appointment for 5:15. I arrive, and apparently, I’m not in their system as an appointment. I’m given to Mieshia, who was the only shining light in this transaction. She was absolutely fantastic. However, Jason had told me that the dealership was doing everything they could to abide by the safety guidelines, etc. No one was 6 feet apart. No one wiped down the vehicle before I test drove it. It was a normal, business as usual day… except for the hand sanitizer at the front. I sit down with Mieshia and tell her about the car I’m interested in only to find out the Jeep was sold that day. No wonder Jason or anyone else got back with me. I also would like to add it was still on the website days after it was sold. Fast forward to the financing department. He was busy texting instead of working on my paperwork. Now I get a letter from my previous lender asking for the odometer reading on my trade-in. I have attempted to contact Jason, Westly (the sales manager), and the bot on your Facebook messenger to try and get the odometer reading. It’s been several days now. I don’t want to call. You should be able to return an email with a few numbers. This was my second purchase at this dealership, and I’m really disappointed. More

Very disappointed that one finance person did not honor the agreed price of the other. If you cannot trust a dealership to honor the agreed price. What’s the point?
